PREMAFLEX pinch valves made of POM

PQVI-POM pinch valves are available in nominal sizes DN 15 to DN 50. They are made of polyoxymethylene (natural POM). Polyoxymethylene is a particularly low-wear material. POM is a material characterised by its high strength, toughness, low cold flow and high elasticity. This material is food-safe according to the German BfR Federal Institute for Risk Assessment Recommendations (special designs available on request). The valve of the PQVI-POM series consists of a POM casing, two clamping pieces and two union nuts made of natural POM and a built-in highly elastic rubber sleeve. The rubber sleeve is centred in the middle of the casing and is held on both sides by the clamping pieces and union nuts. Therefore, only 6 components are required for a fully functional PREMAFLEX pinch valve. The robust and compact design of the PQVI series allows installation under the most difficult conditions and in very confined spaces. The highly elastic sleeve also closes tightly even in the case of solid material inclusions, and even with high switching frequency. PREMAFLEX pinch valves of the PQVI-PP series are available in nominal sizes DN 15 to DN 50. They are made of polypropylene (PP). Polypropylene is a material that is resistant to many chemical influences. It has a high resistance to ethanol (alcohols), organic solvents and greases and is characterised by its high hardness and stiffness. This material is food-safe according to BfR Federal Institute for Risk Assessment Recommendations (special designs available on request). The valve of the PQVI-PP series consists of a polypropylene casing, two clamping pieces and two union nuts made of polypropylene grey as well as a built-in highly elastic rubber sleeve. The rubber sleeve is centred in the middle of the casing and is held on both sides by clamping pieces and union nuts. Therefore, only 6 components are required for a fully functional PREMAFLEX pinch valve.
