Sleeves for PREMAFLEX pinch valves
The highly elastic sleeves are the core pieces of our pinch valves and inner-tube valves. The sleeve is centred in the casing and is held on both sides by clamping flanges or clamping pieces. Built-in fabric inserts guarantee the closure of the sleeve in one plane to the central axis as well as a long service life. Due to the solid and simple construction of our PREMAFLEX pinch valves, the replacement of this spare part is possible with just a few movements and therefore contributes to low maintenance costs. With the help of detailed assembly instructions, a new sleeve can be installed on site and production downtimes can be shortened. For this reason, our large stock is kept up-to-date with almost all common nominal sizes and elastomer qualities for your required operating conditions.
